Each Case will have to send a ticket to contact the GMs and let us know about each Case.

    (Shakti has GM support in hacked Accounts cases)

Be sure that you are requesting something which has GM Support.

About Account banned:

• Its not allowed to send a ticket to GMs asking any kind of explanation if it is posted at Violation with the respective reason of ban.
  
• Its not allowed to request Amnesty in case of Banned character if any GM made it as Event and announced it previously.
  
• Its not allowed to use Support tickets to spam GMs, or making questions which can be posted at Tantra Extreme Forums in the proper sections.

How to make a ticket

Servers-eXtreme Support System
Step #1:

• Login your Forum Account
  
  • Figure #1
    

Step #2:

• Select what process you want to see. Select Submit Ticket.
  
  • Figure #2
    

Step #3:

• Select your Department, Case or Server.
  
  • Figure #3
    

Step #4:

• Submitting a Ticket [Part 1].
  
  • Figure #4
    

Step #5:

• Finishing up the report.
  
  • Figure #5
    

Step #6:

• Click Send. To Send your ticket.
